The foundation
Fifty-eight modules.One spine.
Seven interconnected systems covering a franchise network end to end. We start from this foundation and shape it around your operation, which is why month one is discovery and not development.
Select a system
Seven systems, one environment.
Selecting a system shows what it holds and lights the paths to the systems it depends on. The pulse travels in the direction the data actually moves.
The Spine
- One environment, one loginEvery record belongs to a known entity and territory before it can exist.
- Roles that mirror your networkFrom head office to franchisee to field staff, permissions follow the org chart.
- The integrations you already rely onStripe, Xero, Microsoft 365, e-signature providers such as DocuSign or PandaDoc, calendar and email, connected once, centrally.
- An audit trail under everythingWho changed what, when, from where. Append-only.
Plus 3 further modules in this system. The full module map is something we walk through together: ask us for it
Interconnection
The connections are the product.
Any vendor can list modules. The reason to build them as one environment is what happens between them, and these are the paths that break first when a network runs on a collection of tools.
Enquiry to cash
A consented enquiry arrives, routes to the covering territory by postcode, becomes a qualified lead, becomes a priced proposal, gets accepted and signed through your integrated e-sign provider, takes a deposit, schedules the work, invoices the balance on completion, and lands in the accounts. One path, no exports.
Revenue to royalty
Every sale accrues royalty to a per-franchisee plan the moment it is supplied, net of VAT, whether it was taken by card or by bank transfer. The ledger is the truth, not a monthly reconstruction of it.
Consent to everything
Consent is captured at the point of entry on every channel, before any personal data is stored, and travels with the record for its whole life. Subject access requests and erasure work because of this, not in spite of it.
Standard to evidence
A brand standard becomes a checklist, a training course and a compliance document with an expiry date, and head office can see who is behind without asking.
On the near horizon
Designed alongside the rest. Arriving next.
Seven modules are close but not yet ready to deploy, and we would rather tell you that than claim them. They share the same spine as everything above, so when they arrive they are part of the environment, not bolted on.
Rotas & timesheets
Shift planning, published rotas, hours captured and approved.
Recruitment
Applicant tracking for network hiring: jobs, candidates, scorecards.
Health & safety & RAMS
Risk assessments, method statements, incident reporting.
Inventory & stock
Stock levels by location, movements, deficit detection before it becomes a missed job.
Procurement & seasonal planning
Aggregated ordering cycles, all-stock-through-head-office control, approvals.
Warehouse management
Goods in and out, pick and pack, seasonal turnaround.
Fleet & vehicle management
Owned and hired vehicles, condition and damage reporting, certification gating.
The full map
Fifty-eight modules, walked through together.
The pages above show the shape of the system, deliberately not every part of it. The full module map, all fifty-eight with what each one does, is something we share in conversation, because half the value is talking through which ones your network needs and which it never will.
Ask for it and it arrives as a single page you can put in front of your board.
Not integrated. Whole.
Which of these fifty-eight do you need?
Most networks need about half on day one. Working out which half is what month one is for.
