Franchise operating systems

One system for everything your network runs on.

58 modules across seven interconnected systems: the network, the customer, the work, the money, the people, the standards, the numbers. Designed around how your brand actually operates, not how a vendor decided franchises should work.

The problem

Seven subscriptions is not a system.

Most franchise networks run on a collection: a CRM here, a booking tool there, a spreadsheet for royalties, a shared drive for brand assets, a training platform nobody logs into. Each one works. None of them know about each other.

So the connective tissue becomes a person. Someone exports a report on the last Friday of the month, reconciles it against the bank, chases the franchisee who never uploaded their insurance certificate, and rebuilds the network’s numbers by hand. That person is usually the founder, and it is usually late.

The problem is not the tools. It is the gaps between them, and the gaps grow with every location you open.

The whole environment

Everything connected. Nothing bolted on.

We build the entire environment as one thing. Seven systems on a single spine, so a lead becomes a customer becomes a job becomes revenue becomes a royalty becomes a line in the accounts, without anyone exporting anything.

  • Network & Territory

    Franchisees, locations, territories, agreements, recruitment.

  • Demand & Customer

One funnel, one CRM, proposals, contracts, the customer portal.

  • Delivery & Scheduling

Bookings, capacity, and the screen your teams actually work from.

  • Money & Royalties

Payments, the royalty ledger, automated splitting, accounting sync.

  • Assets, Stock & Fleet

Catalogue, brand asset library, equipment. Stock and fleet on the near horizon.

  • People & Standards

Staff, training, knowledge, checklists. Rotas and recruitment on the near horizon.

  • Intelligence & Compliance

The network on one screen, and the compliance to back it up.

Specialists, not generalists

Built for franchises, not adapted for them.

General business platforms cannot do these things, and no amount of configuration gets them there. This is the vocabulary of the sector, and it is either in the foundation or it is not.

  • Royalty as a plan, not a formula

Banded rates, minimum-fee floors, advertising levies, excluded revenue categories. Accrued net of VAT on job value, at time of supply.

  • Territory exclusivity by postcode

Boundaries that actually route the lead, so nobody argues about whose enquiry it was.

  • Head office as sole data controller

One network of independent businesses, one controller, and customer data that returns to head office when a franchisee exits.

  • Network pricing with local overrides

A catalogue set centrally, adjusted per location, without either side losing control.

  • Anonymised comparators

A franchisee sees exactly where they sit in the network without seeing anyone else’s books.

How we work

You will see it before we build it.

month onemonths two to fourlive

One month of discovery, spent building clickable prototypes of your actual system rather than writing a specification nobody will read. Three months of build, to the prototype you approved. Up to six months in total where staff and customer mobile apps are in scope.

You are not buying a year of faith. You are buying a month of prototyping, and deciding from there.

Placeholder, pending sign-off

Complete franchise platforms live in production.

Placeholder, pending sign-off

Royalty ledgers automated end to end.

Placeholder, pending sign-off

Migrations from legacy systems.

Nothing client-specific goes live without written sign-off. These three statements are deliberately unattributed until then.

Not integrated. Whole.

Tell us how your network actually works.

Bring the awkward parts. The exceptions, the manual workarounds, the thing you do in a spreadsheet because no system would let you do it properly. That is the conversation we want.

Thirty minutes, no deck, no charge. If we are not right for your network we will say so on the call.
